Our property was acquired in January of 2020, and the building and business plans have evolved since then to implement the combination of residence and rental units. The mission of Beach Perfect is to provide the highest level of service in our luxury destination for our guests to rejuvenate in while they step outside of their daily lives. Our aim is to make Beach Perfect a wonderful place for vacations, weddings, fishing and diving adventures so that our guests want to return again and again.
The location is at the bottom of a peninsula, which means there are swamps and mangroves between us and utilities. That’s ok, we want to be off grid! It’s better for the environment.
The property is located just west of San Pedro, Belize, with easy access to a wide variety of activities and resources. These include but are not limited to: the second largest barrier reef in the world, fly and deep sea fishing, snorkeling and diving in the Hol Chan Marine Reserve, sand bars, and beautiful beaches. Farther away there is the Great Blue Hole, jungle tours and activities and well-preserved Mayan ruins.
